BRC is a new home construction company whose primary focus revolves around single-family detached homes and townhomes priced between $300,000 and $600,000. BRC serves both the for sale market to individual homebuyers and institutional Build-for-Rent investors. BRC anticipates initiating development and construction on more than 500 lots and homes in 2024. In pursuit of strategic expansion, BRC has targeted key areas throughout the Southeast as well as Texas.

Immediate initiatives are already in progress in Barrow, and Henry counties within the Atlanta, GA metro region, as well as in Huntsville, AL, Dallas, TX, and Tallahassee, FL.​ Capitalizing on BRD’s robust financial standing, well-established industry partnerships, and extensive pipeline of 6,000+ lots in the Southeast, BRC has “first looks” at newly approved and developed BRD communities that are in path of growth submarkets and MSAs.​
